Join The Fight

We need all the help we can get. We aren’t just up against a giant Texas gas corporation; we’re also up against one of the largest engineering firms in the country. We’re up against city hall. We’re up against people who don’t care about the environment, the health of others or the success of businesses who happen to be in the way. We are beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of both public and private interests.

There are multiple ways you can help.

Donate

Our legal fees are adding up quickly. We have an excellent lawyer on retainer but that will only go so far. Visit our GoFundMe page and consider donating so we can keep fighting in the courts. If you want to read our legal filings, see the Legal Filings page. Every little bit helps us stay in the fight!

Sign and Share the Petition

We have a Change.org petition but are still just a smidge short of our goal. Please consider signing and sharing as it does help!

Share Your Objections with City Hall

Consider calling or emailing the Oak Creek Common Council and respectfully tell them you don’t want the pollution, traffic and crime that a Buc-ees will bring.

Please remember to be courteous to our elected officials and civil servants as we value the work they do to keep our city running.
